🔒 Re-Clean & Final Sale Policy (Regal Cleans)
At Regal Cleans, we strive to deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction with every job. To ensure a fair and transparent experience for both our clients and our team, we kindly ask that all clients review the following policy:
✅ Pre-Clean Walk-Through (Recommended)
Clients are encouraged to do a brief walk-through with the cleaner at the beginning of the appointment to point out any areas of concern. This helps us tailor the cleaning to your expectations.
🔁 Re-Clean Request Policy
We offer a complimentary re-clean within 48 hours of service completion, provided:
- The request is made within 48 hours of the original cleaning.
- Photos or a description of the missed areas are provided.
- The home is in the same condition as when the original clean was performed (i.e. no new messes, events, etc.).
🚫 After 48 Hours: All Sales Are Final
If more than 48 hours has passed since your service and no walkthrough or re-clean request has been made, the job will be considered final and approved. We cannot offer refunds, discounts, or re-cleans beyond this period.
📋 Final Walk-Through (Highly Recommended)
We highly encourage clients to be present at the end of the cleaning for a final walk-through with the cleaner to ensure everything meets your satisfaction before they leave.
